MidHudson Chocolate Milk
is a 501(c)3 non-profit
that offers prenatal education,
perinatal resources, and
professional development.
We believe that acts of autonomy,
such as lactation and pursuing doula support
are a form of restorative healing.

We acknowledge the
powerful vulnerability and insight
pregnancy and postpartum
offers parents and their support teams.
To increase milk expression rates, we explore and strengthen the environment of an expectant parent.
We created the LactPact campaign to amplify the various ways lactation connects us.
The LactPact campaign helps expectant parents develop a healthy relationship with lactation.
We offer perinatal education, and professional development training.
Additionally, we provide postpartum relief bundles and award doula training scholarships.
